Morgan Professional Services & Consulting is an IT consulting shop. The short version: we help companies build systems that have AI in them from the start, instead of trying to cram it in after everything else is already built.
That means architecture work, deployment, training your team, and generally making sure the thing actually runs in production and not just in a demo.
I started Morgan Professional Services & Consulting because I kept seeing the same pattern: companies would build a system, then six months later try to add AI, then spend more on the retrofit than the original build. It seemed like something worth fixing.
My background is in infrastructure, software engineering, and ML deployment. I've helped teams across a few different industries go from talking about AI to actually shipping it.
